I used to throw pretty good parties, and if the evening was beginning to drag, I would always pull this one out to liven things up:
"Skin to Win"
Best played with a well-mixed group of men and women.
Best played when drunk.
Mingle with your guests and ask for monetary donations. Inform them there will be a group participation game later on, with the total collection being the top prize. Brave souls will be performing strip teases for the rest of the group, and whomever the crowd determines to be the winner gets all the loot.
Variations included stripping for shots, smokes, etc... but my favorite was version was the guilt trip strip: if you can't get someone to get up and dance, have someone bargain with them (i'll dance if you dance). This is especially fun when you like someone at the party and want to get to know them better.
Generally, you'd get to see a bunch of guy butts and the occasional boob, but it was always a ton of fun... however, there were more than a few nights when we were treated the the fully-nude strip show, or girls making out strip show, etc.
