It is Indian, I'm pretty certain. I tried to decipher the text with my elite skillz and here's what I came up with:

if u still care...as far as i remember in a few hours of short term memory it went smthnkg like this...
This babay guy had a hot mom and he had all sorts of thot abt her. One of his friends sighted her one day without the knowledge it was his mom, and described her arousing capabiity in a very arousing way and then, babay commented it was his mom and not to let him get embarrased, he let the friend know of his own thoughts abt sexy momma..then there is this part where they plan to screw her one day...they invite her to the friend's house for dinner, and make her take a sex tablet mixing it with her food or smthng, then the party begins. That's all that i remember basically the outline, prolly had a lot of details. now that u've deleted it u can't know about the details and the arousal of a sex story...no matter...
but the question still strikes me...why wud he post it in any other language but english!?!
